Richard Gorman
Managing Director
As the founder of CFS, Richard Gorman has cultivated strong and lasting relationships with pharmacy, healthcare and business clients for over 40 years. He oversees all aspects of the business in conjunction with Michael Clark and his executive team. His main purpose is to provide expert financial support services to clients at all times. When he's not immersed in the world of finance and pharmacies, Richard enjoys cheering on his favourite AFL team, perfecting his golf swing, or playing the occasional game of chess.
Michael Clark
General Manager
Working side by side with Richard for 20 years, Michael oversees the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Team and assists in driving the growth of the Pharmacy Sales operations. With an extensive breadth and depth of finance experience, he leverages his strong leadership skills and strategic thinking to lead the team to success. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and is a self-confessed tragic West Tigers supporter.
Tim Gersteling
Commercial Finance Executive
With 17 years of experience in team management, commercial risk management, and relationship building, Tim Gersteling is a key member of the Commercial Finance team. He has successfully integrated the work-from-home model and continues to drive the team's success. His expertise in financial analysis, valuations, and credit analysis makes him a valuable asset. Outside of work, Tim enjoys aquascaping, four-wheel driving, camping, and volunteering with the Royal Fire Service.
Daniel Bowen
Commercial Finance Executive
Daniel Bowen is a key member of both the Commercial Team and our Pharmacy Sales division. With over 7 years of experience in financial analysis, valuations, and credit analysis, he drives business growth and provides expert guidance. His commitment to excellence and passion for the industry make him a most valuable asset and eminently qualified, holding his Masters in Financial Economics. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys baking, exploring local breweries and distilleries and watching horror movies.
Michelle Ewens
Head of Mortgages
Michelle Ewens leads our Residential and Commercial Mortgage division, bringing over 35 years of experience to the team. Her strong financial background and solution-oriented approach enable her to provide tailored mortgage solutions to clients. Michelle's leadership skills and commitment to excellence have contributed to the growth and success of the Mortgage team. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with family, beach walks and reading.
Leyla Perez
Commercial Finance Analyst
Leyla Perez is a skilled analyst and valued member of the Commercial Team, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance for bank loans. She excels at client communication and efficiently manages administrative tasks. Her strong foundation in financial analysis and keen eye for detail contribute to the team's success. In her free time, Leyla enjoys reading, exploring fashion and beauty, and volunteering at local charity events.
Mecki Ansari
Mortgage Broker
Mecki Ansari is a skilled Mortgage Broker with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. With 15 years of experience, she specialises in SMSF loans, residential home loans, and investment property financing. Her dedication to client satisfaction and ability to navigate complex financial situations make her a valuable asset. In her free time, Mecki enjoys family, dancing, camping and watching Netflix. She is also actively involved in community volunteer work, supporting elderly individuals and underprivileged children.

Mortgage Broker
Nathan Andrews is dedicated Mortgage and Finance Broker with 27 years of experience. He is committed to building strong client relationships and finding the best lending solutions to meet their needs. His passion for helping clients achieve their financial dreams drives his success. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and travelling.

David Pead is a highly experienced Finance Executive with a strong focus on motor vehicle finance and residual refinances. With over 40 years of industry experience, he guides clients through the finance process with expertise and care. His dedication to providing exceptional customer service has earned him a solid reputation. Outside of work, David enjoys travelling and spending time with loved ones.
John Berriman
Finance Executive/Credit Analyst
With over 30 years of experience in finance, John Berriman is a seasoned professional specialising in funding solutions for the Health Sector. As a valued member of the Asset Finance team, he leverages his extensive knowledge in relationship management, financial analysis, and risk assessment to deliver positive financial outcomes. When not immersed in the world of finance, John enjoys travelling, reading, collecting books, and supporting literacy education.
Nicholas Sheehan
Junior Asset Finance Analyst
A dedicated financial analyst, Nicholas Sheehan brings a fresh perspective and plays a crucial role in facilitating credit applications and supporting the Commercial Team. Nicholas's recent completion of a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics further enhances his analytical abilities and strategic thinking. Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys running, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
